Q: Are you insured and NJ certified?
A: Yes, we are fully insured, and NJ inspected/certified by the state of New Jersey. We are inspected annually by the Department of Community Affairs of New Jersey. Please ask the company that you are considering that they are fully insured and NJ certified.

Q: What is the Cancellation / Weather Policy?
A: We reserve the right to cancel an event caused by inclement weather. Heavy wind of 20 mph and above, rain are the reasoning for cancellations. No penalties are applied due to inclement weather.

Q: Do you deliver and setup?
A: Yes, we deliver and set up all our bounce houses and take down the units at the end of the event.

Q: When do we deliver and pick-up the bounce house?
A: We will deliver the unit in the morning. We will call you the day before your event to review your rental and answer any questions you have. Depending on the day, we will set up as early as 8am.You will not be charged for an early setup.

Q: Can we set up indoors and parks?
A: Yes, we can set up indoors, providing that there is enough ceiling clearance. Public parks may have you obtain a permit.

Q: How many children can fit inside a bounce house at one time?
A: It generally depends on the size of bounce house and the age and size of the children. The amount ranges from 4-8 children of equal size, depending on the capacity of the unit.

Q: What if I need an attendant?
A: Attendants can be provided at an additional cost.

Q: What type of area are the bounce houses set up on? Can they be set up on concrete and driveways?

A: The bounce houses should be set up on grass areas. They can be set up on driveways. Let us know beforehand so we can bring the right equipment. They can be set up on slight slopes as well.

Q: Do you rent out generators?
A: Yes, we rent you a generator for an additional cost.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Easy, just call us to make your reservation. We make our reservation on a first come, first serve.

Yard requirements before setting up.
Please have your in-ground sprinkler system shut off. Have your dog droppings picked
up and all sharp objects. The bounce houses cannot go over roots, stumps, rocks.
